This organization does not exist any more, do not even try to send them e-mail messages, faxes or call by phone. In 1990s it was very professional team of researchers and technicians, who created and maintained many remote sensing radars, providing unique sensing results and developing new algorithms for radar signal and data processing.
For the memory of that time I'm publishing this materials at it is, with minimum changes of layout.
